Mr. Jain completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1982 and co-founded the Firm, VAPS & Co., primarily as an Audit Firm. He has an experience of 40+ years in Corporate Planning and Structuring, Project Feasibility, Due Diligence, Valuation of Shares, Taxation, and MIS. He specializes in internal and statutory audits and has been instrumental in setting internal audit control mechanisms and systems for a number of Clients. He also focuses on Withholding Tax, Parent/Subsidiary company issues, Tax returns, TDS Matters etc. He was nominated for "Man of the Year " Award for the year 1998 by American Biographical Institute(ABI).
